I was always a huge fan of this game until now. I experienced a technical fault from their part as I completed a raid with a remote raid pass, you can get them bij spending coins. Because I did not get the encounter with the Pokemon I earned by completing the raid (because of a crash inside the app), I thought I would be compensated in a correct way by giving me the raid pass back. I had da subscription for three months and registrated it on my personal account, however the subscription in the application wasn’t showing. I contacted Headway via e-mail and all they could do is send me an automated message, no human response. Then they ripped me off again for 30 dollars via an automated paypent and they won’t help me to register the subscription I paid for, DISGUSTING!!! If I were you I wouldn’t take the risk to pay for their services because there’s a chance you won’t get anything and they won’t help you if so.
