I booked a 16m² room type on the app for a 6-night stay, but when I arrived at the hotel, I found out that Agoda had displayed the wrong room information internally. In the end, I could only stay in a room smaller than 12m². I paid the higher price for the booking, but Agoda only agreed to refund me 92 USD. Compared to the price I originally paid, I could have booked a much larger room elsewhere with that same amount. I asked them to refund the entire 6 nights, but Agoda refused. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had! Please everyone, don’t use Agoda to book hotels anymore. 我係a
