I would’ve given a 5 star rating. I’ve had decent service. I had a driver drive across town to pick up my order. Then when he was on the way he didn’t drop it off. He drove past my address. He went to a gas station and sat for at least 5 minutes not moving. Then he went to another restaurant, delivered that order, then came and FINALLY deliver my order 42 minutes after he picked it up! I live about 6 minutes away from the said restaurant. I tried contacting DoorDash customer service chat. I had to google their contact info in order to get a hold of them.
