Very disappointing experience. Although I have booked with this company several times before, this last experience made me decide not to use their services again. We booked an accommodation at the price shown, but afterward they changed it and requested additional payment. Despite multiple long calls, the situation was not resolved, and we were forced to book another accommodation at a higher price, paid entirely by us.
