The worst service, not care for their passengers
We have a connection flight that stopped late in Panama because the weather conditions Punto so we lost the connecting flight, The Personal in the airport didn’t help more than 100 people that lost the connection fly to all the countries and we get left behind we not assistant and no help for the persons in the counter in a foreign country for Overnight for more than 17 hours.
The customer service never answer back on time and when they answer back, they say that it’s not they fall and not responsibility of the company. Punto is better to travel with a local airline that have responsibility a
