I have been a subscriber by paper and then online for years. The price has continually gone up during that time. I have held on. It’s too important to me. Recently they removed the mini crossword and placed it behind the pay wall. This was a terrible idea. Whatever math they ran that informed them that the disappointment of so many readers over this loss was worth the small number that would now pay for access to such a small game failed to take into account the loyalty many of us have shown in our support of digital access during the tumultuous years of the collapse of print papers.
