I made a time change to my ticket, thinking nothing much of it. Wanted to leave later. I then realized on the day of that the app changed the date a whole day. I then had to panic to change it to the day I needed to depart. I then learned when it changed again, the train was leaving from another station in the city. Again no clear warning when the expectation is everything else is the same. Customer service refused to help me beyond telling me I could rebook for a fee. They refused to wave the fees caused by their bad app.
