Prices on Deliveroo are good compared to Talabat but when it comes to their customer service it is absolutely terrible. Their employees are trained like robots and are asked to repeat the same lines over and over again during live chat sessions that offer ZERO help in the process. On top of that I have received countless problems regarding my food, the drivers, and getting in contact with Deliveroo customer service. I do not recommend Deliveroo at all. Talabat is a bit more expensive when service and delivery fee is added to your order but when it comes down to customer care they are spot on a
