Full flight on Friday and this airline is the worst they lost my luggage I checked in 4 bags 2 suitcases and 2 bags and I try to fly from Phoenix and full flight and I tried the next flight to Tucson and this lady said are you Jenifer and I said no and I boarded from group 6 and the lady said sorry there is 1 seat left and my boarding pass said Jenifer and she told me to keep that boarding pass and she told me to board the morning flight at 6AM to Texas from Dallas I said no and I looked up flights and they were full do not fly this trash airline and Bring your Carry on with do do not check in
