It’s not very comforting that AI is their only tool. I have asked for help several times, and my time is wasted and I’m being jerked around by AI which they are hiding the fact they are using. So “Beth” or “Thomas” will ask you to send proof and it’s already attached to the email. And then when I ask to speak to an agent, two days later: We haven’t heard from you we are closing the ticket. Such time wasters and completely usafe!!
