Når man er vant til DNB hvor man bare kan trykke "godkjenn" og være ferdig med det er det helt uutholdelig. I det aller minste burde de skru av biometriske bankid siden de tydeligvis ikke har implementert det på riktig måte.

I've soured on capital one shopping. I booked a bunch of tours on Klook for our family vacation due to a 40% targeted offer. Went on the trip, did the tours, got the 40% rewards deposited into my available balance so that it was available to be spent on giftcards, and then a few weeks later they did a clawback and reduced the available award balance and took away all the awards earned from klook. Infuriating. The only reason I booked through klook and Capital one shopping was the 40% targeted offer. The worst thing is that they did the clawback without any notice. It would have been one th
