Me and someone purchased concert tickets, we were lucky enough to be able to get tickets before they sold out. Fast forward a month before the trip. Ticketmaster voided our tickets due to us not completing a security check. Mind you we had no issues buying the tickets and never received an email which Ticketmaster says they sent. Ontop of that on their website when talking about this security check says “This won’t affect fans from signing into their Ticketmaster account or managing existing tickets” which is just a lie as our tickets are voided and Ticketmaster told us the only way to get tic
