Completely scammed!

If I could of left zero stars I would have!!! On three different occasions and with three different Sellers I tried to purchase a pair of boots and all three times I paid about $100 to have them sent by express shipping with DHL. First Seller didn’t ship my boots and it was going on over 30 days so I had to open a dispute to get my money back. The second Seller wouldn’t ship out my boots then lied and said they did and found out they sent the boots my regular mail and pocketed the money that was paid for express shipping and never received the boots either so again had to open a dispute to get
