The app works okay. Some of the sellers do a good job with advertising how their products are and communicate well. Shipping will take a long time. Do not waste money on paying for the insurance because some sellers will get addresses wrong and the post office will never deliver your package. The insurance claim system doesn’t work. Just endless cycles of someone pretending they don’t understand or that you entered in the wrong Venmo account information. If you want to pay less for products just know you may never receive the product. I have one last shipment that I hope will arrive today and

I love this app. I made several of my own work out plans and tracking them was super easy. When I belonged to a very busy gym I would use the alternate exercises that are easily changed in order to best utilize my time. The app also gives great directions of how to perform exercises properly. I’m not too much into the community but it’s there if you like to share and get motivation from others on the app. The app does have pre made work out routines that are very challenging.
