Issue Description: Splash-screen countdown ads On cold start, a countdown ad frequently appears. The close button is small/hidden and easy to mis-tap, causing unwanted redirects and interrupting normal use. Strong push toward face verification for login/unlock During login or account unlock, the app repeatedly nudges users to complete face recognition, while equivalent alternatives (SMS/appeal to human support) are hard to find. This is unfriendly to users who prefer not to provide facial biometrics. Performance & power draw Entering Home or Messages triggers noticeable stutter, device heatin
