Uno deleted or rest my account now um back to level 1 i don’t know what happened all I did was press update like usual now my account is gone please help me

This game is boring it’s not the same as you see it from advertised adds I downloaded from ads only to find you have to pump match things and the energy is not even enough…. Don’t waste your time
