In the future, when I’m interviewing with prospective employers, I will be sure to ask them what payroll software they use. If it’s ADP, I will let them know I’m not interested in the position. I’ve now had 3 separate jobs that use this service and it is abundantly clear to me that they spend all their development funds on the management side of the app with no concern for the employee. Complete waste of time. I was having trouble getting their website to load so I thought I’d try the app. Install, set up, log in, security questions and the first thing I click on sends me back to their website so I can re-login and do the task there. What a load. *Update* After several more days of use, I can now say that this app is worse than I originally thought. Multiple tasks tell me that they’re unavailable on the mobile app. They all want me to go back to the web to finish them.
