In my case i rated with one star due to this: I have ordered an item and apparently the address selected in the app does not exists and the parcel went to the shipper hq. I tried to contact the shipping company to send the item to my home address and he told me that i have to contact the sender to modify the address and to inform the shipping company the new address. Apparently I can’t do this because it’s no possibility to contact ASOS by mail or any other way Disappointing!
