Whether I use Uber in Paris or Rome, it’s always the same behavior: app says 1 minute wait, i end up waiting for 15 minutes then I see the vehicle pass by , no stopping and then my ride gets cancelled. Uber you better enforce some rules with your drivers if you don’t want everyone to leave the app. It used to be great, now it’s the worst service you can think of
