The bonvoy app has made travel and hotel planning so much easier! I can make a reservation in seconds, cancel in seconds when needed, check in and out via the app, read reviews, and get detailed hotel information. I love using the mobile check in. My only complaint, is that the majority of the time when I do mobile check in, it does not release the mobile key, and I end up having to check in live at the hotel regardless. When this happens, it is a huge inconvenience, as I often have to wait in line, give an ID and credit card again, and answer various questions. What is the point of havin
