Having been required to use this to obtain tickets for a show recently, I found I was unable to change dates and when I canceled the original date and ordered a new date, I was told it would take up to 5 business days to get a refund. After no refund for much longer, I tried to get help and was just told “contact the vendor” (which I did, and they did not respond). If you are putting yourself in the middle like this, you assume a responsibility for this sort of situation that Eventbrite has no interest in assuming. If I ever have to use this service again, I will pass.
