I previously was frustrated as this app only tracks things in “streaks”, rather than in how much you’ve actually increased in progress. It also doesn’t allow you to skip days or add new goals without upgrading-- however, they've made upgrading very cheap, and are one of the only apps to offer me a lifetime subscription for a reasonable price (at the price that most apps do per month, but for a lifetime!) they're also pretty generous in what features you can access without upgrading. Overall, this app is fairly basic, but a good deal, and gets the job of tracking your habits done.
