it says everywhere that ur the best in the bussines for handling vpn in china, and that u got the best team support 24/7 anywhere on this planet. But how can i communicate with you guys if for sending emails i need TO BE ON THE VPN ?! IT S BEEN 2 WEEKS ! Since the vpn service stopped working at all, before that 3 days after i arrived in china it used to work like 15 min per day, NOW NOT EVEN THAT ! what should i do ?!?!? i'm desperately asking for help
