Awesome App and easy to navigate. Set it up on your tripod and form a custom circuit workout or transfer a workout from your favourite video to a timer on the app. This app has improved my workouts. It allows you to listen to your own music and gives the option of tones to signal switch-ups. Consider it your own coach..if you have the will power to motivate yourself.
