No matter whether in the UK or Switzerland, drivers usually don’t accept the rides and it takes 10 mins until sb does who is then super far away. For some reason, Bolt seems to be unattractive to drivers vs Uber etc. super frustrating, please fix your driver value proposition.

Invoice amounts partially don’t match the credit card charges which leads to problems when used for business. Is sometimes only corrected days later. Very annoying. Overall UI feels a bit dated and not really super smooth. The exact pickup location selector is super useful though. Customer service partially a bit unfriendly, with an attitude, little helpful. Business customer service even worse and doesn’t reply at all at times.

Die App ist im Detail sehr durchdacht, hat nützliche Funktionen (z.B. die integrierten Audio- und Videoplayer) und Shortcuts und funktioniert stabil. Die Funktion Dateiverwaltung und -nutzung auf dem iPad wurde richtig gut umgesetzt. Besser geht‘s kaum. Wenn man das iPad zum Arbeiten nutzt, ist GoodReader ein must have.

Die Vokabeln werden spannend und lustig erklärt. Vor allem auch, wie sie entstanden sind und in welchem Kontext sie häufig benutzt werden. Das macht das Lernen kurzweilig und effektiv. Sehr zu empfehlen.
