We really like the content and daily prompts and it worked great for a month. BUT, I’d say the app has only worked for half of the time since we’ve started using it over the last 3 months. It’s very hard to build a habit and ritual of connecting when the app isn’t available to use. I’ve tried multiple times to get the help support to correct the issue. The staff has been very courteous. However, what we ultimately want is for the app to work and that has not happened, nor have we been given a timeline of when we can expect it to work. We’re hopeful, but we’re approaching the point of asking
