I bought the ticket thru American Airlines for a trip from Orlando to island of Mallorca, Spain. It included British airways and Iberia. When it was time to check it, the confirmation from AA didn’t work for British airlines. Tried to contact British airlines virtual assistant. It couldn’t helped. After finally found their phone number and tried calling them, I was on hold, then transferred and on hold again for a total of 40 minutes.
