I’ve tried on two separate days/flights to download my boarding pass with the app but before you can select “add to Apple Wallet”, a full screen pop-up “Notice of Hazardous Materials” occurs and while there might be a “agree” or I don’t have” select button, it isn’t appearing on the screen and you can’t scroll down. I called the Southwest Customer Support line and the representative , who was courteous and helpful (sent a text version of my boarding pass) but couldn’t connect me with someone in the “App Support” department so I could explain the situation and hopeful resolve it.
