If you submit a receipt, good luck finding out why they decline it. You’ll get an email and notification in the app saying something isn’t right, but they won’t tell you what, why, or how to fix it. I’ve had to submit receipts 2-4 times before it gets approved. Once it’s finally approved after multiple attempts and points are added, sure the app is good and rewards are ok. The hassle and hoops you get there is questionable and frustrating.
