I downloaded this app right when it was launched and wrote down my seed phrase on a piece of paper. After not using the wallet for a few months i tried to send my XRP to a different wallet and it would not work. I then updated the app and after updating the app it created a whole new wallet with 0 crypto in it under the same original seed phrase. After emailing support they say they can not do anything and I have two wallets under my name. The wallet with all my crypto is under a different seed phrase somehow which does not make sense because i still have the original seed phrase when i op
