I recent purchased a GoPro and got this app as a companion for cloud backup shortly after. Even after getting the subscription there are constant pop-up prompts to upgrade to premium, the app frequently crashes, there is no way to make your own transitions in between photo/videos and most annoying of all…. it’s like try trying to land a spaceship on an asteroid trying to get your downloaded Apple Music to populate in the app. Like most products of this scale rolled out to hundreds of thousands of people, you will get zero support from GoPro and they couldn’t care less about your troubles with
