I have had a horrible experience with this game and “company”. I entered an event and was told I did not meet the threshold for the 100% rebate. The amount they told me I spent vs what is apparently in the deposit history is completely different and I’m not sure if I’m being lied to or being overcharged. You can’t speak to a real person when you contact support and I’ve gotten the same canned message 40 times. Really disappointing.
