I have been playing this game a long time and find that recently all the updates, especially the money grab updates are more than the developers can handle. This season has been so glitchy…when brought to their attention they ask if they can go into my account, I asked for more detail and then next message is they have already did and that it is “fixed” that I need to update the game. One of the fixes just put items in my inventory, no redemption mail in the game like every other item we receive…seems very shady how things can come and go without notice.
