I’m new to food panda and it has been my third order yet but 2 out of 3 orders are incorrect food. I have escalated both and first was addressed. The second issue - AGENT IS STUPID. He doesn’t seem to know how their system works. Before escalating, it will ask you to upload photos then you will be routed to chat. Now that im in char, the agent is asking me to upload the photos again because he doesn’t know where to find the uploaded photos. Plain stupid so i asked for a manager. He created a ticket and then they just closed it saying they can’t do anything about the issue. MOST STUPID FOOD APP
