At first, inDrive was an excellent app, and I have been using it since the very beginning. Unfortunately, the experience in Lebanon has become very disappointing, as the app now feels driver-oriented rather than passenger-friendly. Drivers can mark themselves as “arrived” even when they are still 20 minutes away, and the app often fails to track their real location. Passengers end up receiving 1-star reviews for “not showing up on time,” even though the driver has not actually arrived. There are also major location issues in Lebanon. Sometimes my request doesn’t appear to nearby drivers at all
