this is the actual app that literally works, all other apps have not been working except for this one. all u simply have to do is go on the app, click the plus sign on the bottom, import from video, if the vid has a sound u like, click on it, rename it, click make, the little bell, click trim to 30 seconds, then at the bottom, click use as ringtone, then its going to tale u to settings, and it saves in ur ringtone section, and click the ringtone u want. and now when someone calls you, u have the ringtone!! i love this app!!
