I use it every day. Forced my company to use it too.

Scanned my card, went to book a car. App told me to verify and scan my card, which I did - again and tried to book a car. App told me to verify and scan my card - again, which I did. I have to note also that my payment option was there the whole time and all correct. This is unusable and unreliable.
