Adobe refuses to address the crash upon launch on Photoshop for iPad
Now going on week two of thousands of paying subscribers, users of Photoshop for iPad unable to access and use their subscription due to a failure to launch, a crash upon launch of the software. Adobe is aware of the problem, and many like myself have requested technical support , have set up tech support appointment calls only to be completely ignored and never called. I even ran the Photoshop ISP crash log through AI discovering what the problem is and forwarded it to Adobe only to once again receive no response of any kind. Adobe isn’t the company it used to be. Avoid at all cost.
