Checking in via the app and tried to change seats for the 2 of us, each on the app. Phones show different available seats (!) and repeatedly said “problem, cannot change seats. “. So we gave up…and when the boarding passes appeared one of us had a new seat and the other was unchanged. LONG hold on phone to get help, which she was unable to accomplish because “you are already checked in”. Second call was successful but jeez.
