Malfunction?
Everything was running smoothly until one day I was logged out and when I logged in again nothing worked properly. I think this was due to an upgrade. Tech said I must have probably logged in under another account- don’t know how this can happen-. It asks me to pay although I have an annual subscription till March 26. When I choose to pay it recognizes I’m already subscribed. This is very annoying, it’s been going in for weeks, there must be a way to restore it. Please fix this soon, this is unacceptable!
