This app has been installed on my phone last Friday only but now I can’t use it. I can’t send text so I tried to update my plan but the amount to be paid is not showing up and just keeps loading. I logged out and refresh the app but now it won’t open and keeps loading. I offloaded the app in the settings but I’m getting the same issue.😒
