The moment you choose the hotel, the price has clearly shown the coupon can be applied, yet at the very moment you pay, the voucher suddenly can’t be applied. This is very misleading. After making the payment without noticing such a sudden change, extra US$20 has been charged, I check the booking again. It came back that the same booking could use the voucher. I immediately request for a price difference refund but it was refused by the customer service.
