I normally don’t complain a lot about Ticketmaster. It’s a good app. It gives me my tickets, fast and easy. I have been getting logged out a lot recently for absolutely no reason. Every time I try to log back in I’m having to change my password. I made my account in September. There is no way anyone has access to my account. As I was in line, getting my tickets ready for a concert I had to spend 10 minutes just logging back in. Another issue I have is it keeps deleting my previous tickets. I like collecting my tickets, having them in my past event section, but they’re constantly getting delete
