OK, my number one concern is there’s no feedback. If you run into a problem while buying your car, there’s no way to tell Tesla what the issue is. For instance, when I got to the point where I had to provide a photocopy of my insurance card for my new Tesla, The app would not allow me to download the file or the photograph of the insurance card. Just disgusting, especially when I had sat down with the service representative at the store, and we had covered all this.
