Omio takes your service fee and then makes you take your vacation time to give you service. I bought tickets in Spain from Omio despite the service fee because I thought that it would be easier using the app rather than contacting the carrier directly if I needed changes (due to language barrier). Omio made it extremely difficult to change my ticket despite the conditions on the ticket clearly stating that I was allowed changes.
