I use the app with a Dyson Robot vacuum. It usually works OK; but about 15% of the time the app/robot gets stuck “preparing “ and doesn’t actually go. The only way I have found out of that is to power the machine off and on again. The restricted areas aren’t very precise, and so the robot often messes with our pet food & water bowls even though it shouldn’t. The vac frequently gets stuck or loses its location… all of which is frustrating for something expensive that’s supposed to make life easier. Also: it says it works with Alexa, but I haven’t gotten it to, and I’m pretty tech savvy.
