They offered some kind of off app trial where I signed up through Stripe off the app. I couldn’t even find the email where I had signed up for it. But I emailed them anyway and told them if I had signed up for anything to cancel it. They said they would absolutely do that. And then just an hour or 2 later, I get an invoice for a charge for an annual subscription, like they just straight up lied to me. I’m waiting now to do a dispute and charge back on my credit card since they started ignoring me immediately after the charge even though they were very responsive before that. Seems pretty typ
