Charged with no service over a year
This company has the worst service and has zero integrity.
I was charged for over a year without access. (Confirmed with receipts and their customer chat). I had access to my subscription for only about 3 months. Then it started telling me I didn’t have an account. Tried to login online with it saying there was an error on NY times end. Still charged monthly for over a year. Then emailing the contact email I get a “we don’t read this email account anymore” - and directed me to a chat only option or phone call. The chat person confirms that there was an issue on their end that required my acco
