On being assessed as prediabetic I was advised to enter into the Oviva app. During the nine months of my official program I was encouraged to make some lifestyle changes, some of which I adopted, some I declined. However the success of those I did make inspired me to embrace others. At the end of my course I had reached my target weight and as a result of my new fitness regimen feel so much better within myself.
