Dealing with Thinkware customer support has been an absolute nightmare. Since January 8, 2026, I’ve been trying to fix a simple issue: my dash cam is locked to an account that was deleted and needs to be deregistered. For WEEKS, the first customer support agent did nothing but send generic “we’re working on it” emails. They never told me they needed any additional information.
